Pros

If you know retail well it will be easy for you. If you have selling abilities or sales floor presences, you will easily surpass the competition in that area.

Cons

Every employee I have talked to complains about the pay. Upper management is clueless. Interpersonal skills are not taught to managers. Fast track training program is not in place.
