Good company, always something to do great selection of brands.

Cons

Low low low paying for anyone needing to pay all the bills. The company does way to much volume-wise to be paying managers 10 an hour. It's embarrassing and unnecessary. And your employees are catching on to this.

The discount on shoes and bags. The chance to meet new people daily. A chance to see the latest fashion trends before they hit the shelves.

Cons

Too little pay for the time, work and effort required. Poorly scheduled shifts at under 3-4 hours or in excess of 11-12 hours. No recognition for extra effort. Uneven distribution of workloads. Most falling on the lower management. Who get no share in any bonus/rewards program.
