Pros

The majority of the classroom staff and therapists! Staff are supportive of each other and give so much love and guidance to the children.

Cons

The administrative staff were not supportive of the staff. Director was seldom in the classroom observing or interacting with children or staff. You only saw them if there was an issue. Not consistent with policies from one staff to another.

Flexible schedules, nice and friendly co- workers. There is also plenty of room for upward career advancement which is encouraged.

Cons

There are not many daytime-weekday shifts available, so it's not always ideal schedules. There is, however, a generous allotment of vacation time.
