Cons

Communication skills seriously lacking. Too many cliques does not promote unity. False narratives in core values.

relaxed work place some nice people to work with who do care about you free soda There are a few good managers who do care about you

Cons

Seems to be very political here. If you try to be a leader and challenge the status quo, you just killed yourself at this company. Gotta suck up to management to get promotions and good reviews, not what you actually performed. Not a lot of IT jobs in San Antonio, so you get stuck at Rax Low pay If you are a windows tech, seen as a second class citizen.

Hard to work your way up unless you are in certain 'cliques' bonuses are there but they are unreliable Pay is low for market and keeps getting lower the longer you stay
