Pros

Lots of training available, fun environment, pretty good benefits.

Cons

Not a big fan of peer ranking systems and promotions being dependent on them. Not much room for advancing in career or pay. Salaries are ok, but a lot of other companies pay 20-35% higher for the same positions. Seems like for the young, single professiona straight out of college, this is the perfect place to work. But if you have long-term career goals that include advancing in position or pay-scale, or you have a family to provide for, you might want to look elsewhere or consider this a starter job.

Pros

Great culture! Work hard but PLAY even harder! No stuffy suits or ties.

Cons

RS pays on the low end of the related job scale but the pro's and con's even out. Is there a perfect place of employment? No but RS gets it pretty darn close.

Pros

Good friendly people overall. Eduacation chances were good, but have almost disappeared since the texas grant dreid up last year. Free Sodas. Team outings every six months, as long as your boss gets them set up in time, lol. If you enjoy being around a lot of people and can work with background noise then your good. Introverts should not apply.

Cons

they do not give COLA raises, you have to get a promotion in order to get a raise. To get a higher than satisfactory on a 6 month review you need to make a significant dollar add to the bottom line, this was said directly from management. Started seeing political fights happening inside departments.
