Pros

work at home program is advanced and easy to do, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, flexibility for school schedules, general flexibility on work schedules: you can swap around shifts, shift bids for holiday schedule (you can elect to take the holidays off, or rcv time and a half to work) + base holiday pay, easy mindless job

Cons

can get very busy and calls will be back to back, if work at home equipment or internet goes out, you have to go into the building, sometimes a lot of people are taken off the phones for coaching or just sent home (not mandatory) and the call volume skyrockets, same problem if a lot of people call out: this is only a good job if everyone stays on the phones, sometimes they will do mandatory extra time, this season the office was closed around the holidays, so it was unpaid time off, have to go into the building for training and they make no attempts to make the training from home, even if it is simple, but this is not too often, they take away your breaks if there is too much call volume
