Pros

Catered lunch, teambuilding events etc., will boost morale for a while, but it won’t keep your support employees engaged.

Cons

* Teammates look to managers for direction. If senior and middle management aren’t abiding by the core values you’ve set forth, employees will follow suit * High turnover is almost always a guaranteed sign of a bad company culture . Not only will a bad culture drive employees away, it will also deter job seekers from taking your organization seriously. Not rocket science!

Pros

Remote work, flexible hours, good pay for the industry

Cons

There are far too many leadership titles being given out with no accountability or experience to justify them. This is a very top-heavy organization and with so many employees in leadership roles each having different opinions/visions it is difficult to get a coherent mission statement as a whole from the organization. You will rarely hear from anyone in the C-suite about what RP is doing. A constant push to "get it done quickly" with little thought put into long term consequences or support requirements. The organization creates more technical debt than it pays back. This is a company in name only. It is more accurately described as a conglomerate of dozens of 'sub-practices' each operating as a unique business and having their own leadership team. They expect special treatment and there is no effort to assimilate to RP standards. You will hear the term "One RP" but it is nothing more than a slogan. Teams are very siloed. I rarely heard from anyone outside of my immediate team. It can lead to feeling like you're on an island and no sense of how you are making an impact on the business.

Deception and Nepotism at its WORST

Pros

The health benefits are decent and remote work.

Cons

Every positive review on Glassdoor are posted by company leadership or the recruitment team as part of a campaign to improve the company image on Glassdoor. The negative reviews are the true stories of what Radiology Partners is like. It will likely take some time to work through the trauma of working at RP. This is a very top heavy organization with a foundation of nepotism. HR and Rev Cycle leaders are particularly awful. The founders are in bed with investors and Imagine Software owner to score themselves and doctors $$$. Support staff and Technology team are treated very poorly here.
