Raft (VA) reviews

Every company have their "core values" on paper (for the most part). Raft is no different, except, they practice what they preach! Within Raft, there's no silos, including upper management and executive teams. To name a few: Radical Transparency has been such a key factor for the success they've had as a "remote first" company. Embrace Community and True Humility are core values. When all teammates, at all levels check egos at the door and continue to push one another, having each other's back provides a culture where the company and each Rafter are set up for success. That ties into my favorite core value; Continuous Growth. Raft's CEO and CTO personally ensure that someone in the peoples department (HR) is looking out for you and your career path and growth.. Communication is spot on at Raft as they insist everyone to be in the "know". One of my favorite "Pros" for working here is that the CEO and CTO are still hands on within dev work. You can't ask for more because they "get it"! Such a great team to wake up from day to day and work for (if you call it work)!
