Pros

Rafts been an interesting place to work so far, they seem to value my input on my project and encourage me to take breaks to clear my head. They had my back when dealing with a rude client , and that's rare to see with a company.

Cons

Health coverage could be a little bit more robust, but isn't Amazon or Google so I won't hold that against them. They like tram members to have multidisciplinary skills, I've seen this trip coworkers up in regards to expectations.

- Projects with properly scoped timelines - Curated projects and contracts that keep my skills fresh - I have yet to work over a weekend - Covered my CKS and CKD certs and training

Cons

- Antisocial folks might have some issues with the openness and inclusion Raft likes to promote within the company.

The management offers great benefits packages which are 100% covered by the company. Also, the team is actively asked to provide feedback on the benefits packages. The management is very hands on and vested in customer and employee success. The CEO is very engaged with employees and fosters cultural values of transparency, openness, and growth mindset. The management team is thoughtful, intelligent, and vested in career growth.

Cons

- It can be hard pinning upper management down for a one on one meeting. - Self motivated culture, usually prefer issues get resolved at the base level before escalation.
