Pros

- Company avoids Superman approach to teams. Never feel like one person has to carry everything. - Has my back when presenting new ideas to clients and projects - They let me work fully remote and take off when I need as long as I give them a heads up.

Cons

- They need to promote what services are available to staff, I usually have to dig to find out if I can go to a conference etc. - When you’re hired, it may be in support of a specific contract. So make sure the one they’re putting you on is something you enjoy.

Benefits are the best in the industry. Leadership team is extremely approachable. Family oriented feel. Working on really great projects that have a lot of impact!

Pros

Raft is a breath of fresh air in the govcon space. Not only do I get to work on cutting edge technologies and frameworks but put them to use to solve hard problems. The work life balance allows me the flexibility I need to enjoy my hobbies outside work

Cons

None I can think of. Keep pushing the envelope on breaking the status quo.
