Pros

benefits are decent, pay is decent, you can work from home

Cons

CEO and CTO are not leaders, they have no business running an organization or dealing with people. CEO only cares about you if she respects your role, if you are a major contributor to leveraging her company of if your her bestie.

Pros

Raft has truly been a phenomenal and special place to work. What I appreciate the most is the leadership's dedication to truly care about its people. They are genuinely invested in not only your happiness at the company, but your career goals, growth opportunities, and feedback / thoughts. The people at Raft are also awesome; I've had amazing experiences with all my fellow department co-workers and the executive team. The CEO's passion for the Raft mission and dedication to her people really shine. Also, great flexibility and benefits!

Cons

Can't think of any, but probably not the place for people who only enjoy working at non-remote, stuffy, cog-in-the-machine-type corporate jobs.
