To much micro managing

Good Benefits such as health, dental ,401k, pay scales appropriate for the industry.

Cons

Corporate trys to micro manage over the branches too much. Company needs to concentrate more on servicing the customer and increasing sales. Lack of new up to date gear. In rental need to have gear availble or you lose the rental, yet corp penalizes branches for having selection in inventory.

Not to much to say here... The guys I worked with where nice to me.

Cons

Everything. HR micromanages every move you make. You are just a number at RFR. I went out for surgery and was laid off after the leave was over. When you try to put a 2 week notice in they let you go immediately. The favoritism is out of control. This is what I saw with other employees.

ANY hr concern is dealt with the emphasis on protecting the company rather than correcting the issue so anybody can make an anonymous FALSE claim and get someone fired under the guize of a negative environment. WAY too many hours. when you work for them you are thier slave.
