Pros

Very interesting work place, no two days are the same. Company does a myriad of different applications from water transfers, sewer bypasses, power plant work, liquid storage, dust control it just goes on and on. I also like that even though the company is so big it still has a small business feel at the branch level. The Lake family is also very kind and are great to have as bosses. Company has great benefits, pay is good and you are recognized when you do well.

Cons

Company needs to continue to invest in rental fleet because sometimes demand is higher than supply. It is a real bummer when you cannot help a do a job specially when they want us to do it due to not having the proper equipment on hand. Grow the rental fleet more, specially pumps.

Great niche market, good breadth and depth of product and service offering

Cons

Specifically regarding the Joliet, IL branch location >> Fragmented and broken structure and plan for order processing. Employees that are not very well aligned and engaged with the company goals or best practices on teamwork. Very bad morale
