Pros
Varied interesting work..creates a great resume. Pay is decent but raises are standard 3%.
Cons
The management is hostile. A number of people go on medical leave because their mental health goes down rapidly. The culture is very chaotic and you better not want it to get better. Two upper management go at it and try to force you to take sides. Once you try to stay neutral, they make it so hostile you can't stay. They could not break me so they made me sign a contract saying I would not tell people stuff in exchange for money to leave quietly. Gotta pay bills. They are not interested in making it better. They sent out a survey and then systematically went after people who participated and recommended how to make things better.
