The company is undergoing some big changes right now as we improve our processes and implement new systems.

Pros

They pay sales reps well and are very well known in the industry by customers. You will get many call in opportunities but there is so much more out there.

Cons

This is a company run with an operations mentality and by operations. If you are driven, care deeply about being the best, and like to win, this is not your company. Seriously, from the top down "the customer is just going to have to wait" is the accepted way of doing business. If you are an unappreciated ops manager at another rental company you should run to RFR.

RainPro CRM is under close scrutiny to make improvements, which will deliver faster results.
