Pros

When local management is good, things can be controlled on a local level and it is a good place to work. Benefits and pay are good.

Cons

Upper management is junk. They hate females and try very hard to show it as much as they can. I heard this from various other women that worked there and I experienced it myself. Also, they overwork their field guys and even though they preach safety they do not practice it. I would never ever recommend this company to someone unless maybe they are working as a temp employee.

Good for growth if you are young and want experience to get a better job elsewhere

Cons

Old management is completely dysfunctional. Many old hats who have been there for over 20+ years are incompetent and will not allow for any growth in the company. They look down on anyone who is young, organized, professional, and ambitious. Its really unfortunate but the company is losing many good people because of this - lots of turnover, no leadership, horrendous fleet assets, sales mngt team that does nothing but stare at numbers, give everything away, and get bonuses for doing it I would not recommend this company for anyone looking for a career

well for being there for ten years and fiering me for 1 dui is out rages up i have a family and they didnt seem to want to help i busted my back for them and for what nothing..
