      Pros

      Good pay, benefits, mostly good people to work with. Learned a lot about the company. It would be a Great company to work for if it was not for very bad Management.

      Cons

      Way to much favorites being played out at the Triadelphia branch. Employees with 5-7 years with this company where laid off. But the new guys with 6-8 months got to keep there job. Another thing too they always preach Safety, but if you bring up a Safety Issue they send you home for the day. This was even reported to both the regional and branch Safety Directors to but I guess it did not matter.
