Terrible management, favoritism of certain employees. Poor raises if any and terrible communication.

Paid for out of town hotel expensive and food. Made a better paycheck when working out of state for the company because of the long drive to and back to place of origin. That's it other than that.

Cons

Dealing with glorified dispatch, and management that doesn't care about the employees. Period. Pass this company up. Place you on the forced call for work on the weekends and not offer no monetary compensation for sitting at home doing nothing with your day! Don't get paid enough for dealing with this horrible place and their double standards!

RFR has been a good company to work for. It's still a small company so most everyone is on a first name basis.

Cons

Because it is a small company with ambitious goals there are some times of growing pains. Plans for implementing new services and features sometimes fail because there is a lack of structure.
