      Pros

      Very bright people work here. Free dinners. Lots of employee perks.

      Cons

      Long hours to hit deadlines. This is ok once in a while but it happens all the time. Some managers are too busy trying to look good than actually doing what is right for the company and teams.

      Young people. Very easy-going. Lots of free time. Dynamic. Work flexibility. Ability to work from home.

      Cons

      Poor pay. Inexperienced management. Unpleasant location (near Parkdale; long commute from both downtown and the suburbs). Lack of direction - the CEO doesn't know what he wants and changes goals and objectives every weeks. Too many people - the company hires new people every week, as a result, there are many redundant roles and unnecessary internal competition.
