      - lots of perks - flat organization - good overall business strategy

      Cons

      - poor execution - lack of structure, process, practice, clarity - poor communication (strategy from executive team doesn't get translated to the employees properly)

      - they try to give employees lots of perks, very coffe, snacks, kobo touch, beer Friday

      Cons

      - lots of wheels spinning but nothing gets done it is all reaction not pro action - hiring inexperienced managers in certain areas that do not know how to implement - I you hav a family they AE not family focused by rather you work long hours and socialized within kobo area
