      It stinks

      Pros

      Flexible about time off and hours, but sometimes too flexible. Employees with poor work ethics take advantage of this.

      Cons

      Everyone who hasn't left is trying to get out. All problems stem from the person at the top (completely incompetent) and trickle down. It is a depressing work environment with many disgruntled employees. Those who are not disgruntled are just new. Rules are given as an excuse for not advancing and later the rules are broken for particular individuals.

      Pros

      Transparent about the performance of the company overall. Fantastic coworkers. Pleasant environment. Learn quickly because of fast paced environment. Team oriented. People look out for each other.

      Cons

      Difficult to move across or up. Questionable competence of certain senior level coworkers. Hectic day in, day out. Still trying to consolidate company wide resources for everyone. Expected to produce ideas that are improve company, but because they are forced it goes against the entire principal of trying to

      Pros

      Working with many others outside your own department give you an understanding of how and what they do to give greater transparency.

      Cons

      I found it to be o the poorer side of how management treat their staff. This includes the infiltration of the parent company Rakuten and their pawns that run the show. If you're a Sales Executive and specifically going to be located in the NY office I strongly recommend you are able to handle being shouted at and talked about behind your back. This happens across the floor where everyone can see and hear.
