      Pros

      Great Co-workers. Relaxed working environment. Flexible working arrangements and some nice perks.

      Cons

      Not enough promotion from within, very limited career growth opportunities, arrogant leadership that is out of touch with their employees

      Just Terrible..

      Pros

      Not a lot of pros here.. you can find good insurance and cool people virtually anywhere. The the pros and benefits are working here you can find anywhere else.

      Cons

      -Terrible leadership -Absolutely horrendous process (from marketing to sales to fulfillment) -Extremely below market value compensation -Politics - be a yes man or get fired -Sketchy product that does not perform like they claim -Marketing team that fails at marketing at every level for a "world class" marketing company

      On the decline - little focus on effective innovation.

      Pros

      Nice people. Many people are pleasant and easy too work with. Tremendous assets.

      Cons

      Lots of insecurity in the culture. Channels not meaningfully incentivized to work together. Poor leadership in unifying groups leads to confusion, insecurity and poor execution.
