Pros

They hire people with 0 experience, easy to get in as an entry level

Cons

Starting with the management, there's a glaring lack of concern for employees at this company. Benefits are practically non-existent; healthcare coverage is inadequate with high deductibles, forcing employees to seek better options elsewhere. They don't contribute towards healthcare costs, leaving employees to foot the entire bill. Accumulating PTO is painfully slow, with only 80 hours per year until you reach five years of tenure for an additional week off. Salary increases are minimal, with annual raises barely exceeding 1%, which is frankly laughable. Moreover, job security is precarious, as employees are treated as perpetual temporary workers without access to essential benefits like parental leave or school assistance. For crucial documents like mortgage or employment verification, employees are left to navigate cumbersome processes with unhelpful third-party companies based in India, offering little to no assistance. In summary, this company falls short on every front, providing zero support or growth opportunities. Employees deserve better treatment and respect for their rights and welfare. It's advisable to seek employment elsewhere for a more fulfilling and dignified work experience.

Pros

Randstad communicates well, tries to make the best fit between employers and employees, tries to find what you are looking for in an employer.

Cons

Shares the same problems as other staffing agencies after the pandemic. They take what they can get and especially remote work isn't well managed or checked into. Less companies want to provide temp-to-hire. Companies want to pay less or continuously hire temps over hiring full-time employees. There isn't anything that Staffing Agencies can do about this, but Randstad is taking on more of these types of jobs than they did in the past.

Pros

PTO was somewhat ok for the time

Cons

This place ruined my mental health and three years later I am still having PTSD. All they care about is metrics, metrics, metrics. Even if it doesn't earn any revenue, they want you to be looking busy and producing numbers for the sake of your personal metrics. Every single day I was told sexist, racist remarks from co workers. All anyone cares about here is themselves. There are WAY better agencies to work for, like Manpower. Save yourself the heart attack and don't work here.
