Thank you for being so forthcoming with your thoughts. We take all feedback extremely seriously. While it is true our company has been in existence for over a decade, we assure you and all customer that their personal data is completely safe and we take every precautionary measure to ensure we do not have any holes in our security. Our goal is to ensure all employees are compensated more than fairly for the position and contributions they make with the company. We constantly monitor market trends with each position and pay according to those trends. Although it is true that the cost of adding family members onto our benefit plans can be costly, we do pay 100% for the employee portion which has received extreme praise from our employees. I am not sure what part of the benefits you think are horrible, since you state you did not have a chance to use them. However, I assure you that we take our employee feedback on coverages and customer service extremely serious and will continue to monitor them. Please consider reaching out to me or the SVP.
