Pros

Rate Genius is a great company to work for. beside the fact that they help me learn and save me money i learned what patience and customer service means. I love helping every single customer that calls on my line and provide the positive attitude and help them as much i can.

Cons

the only think we need to improve on will be the loan officers to answer much more faster on a call so we can help as many customers possible
