Pros

A sales job where you actually get paid what you're worth. The ones that aren't good sales people and don't put in the effort make $3-4k a month. The ones that are average make $4-8k. The good sales people that put in the effort make up to $12k. A company with integrity and a great service that actually helps people. A lot of fun when firing on all cylinders. Work goes by quickly at this fast of a pace. Great leads.

Cons

Extended vacations can be difficult on the pockets but shorter ones are very doable.

Pros

Very aggressive comp plan. Get all major holidays off. Great group of people. Free health insurance. Free Red Bull and snacks. And a few people make over $10k a month in sales.

Cons

Commission only. They say they are family oriented, but its structured in sales to where taking even a week off for vacation could cost you $5,000 in lost commission between 2 months. But you make enough that if you work 50 hours a week and are a capable closer, that you can afford to take the loss if you are desperate for a week off. Not many people do this. The income opportunity may be dwindling ever so slightly, but its still a $4-$7k a month job. If you are making $4k, they will put you on notice and threaten to take away the opportunity though. High turnover lately, didn't seem like that when I started.

Pros

Extremely dynamic and fast paced work environment with a very, very aggressive compensation structure. There is a semi-casual office atmosphere and a definite since of comradery shared amongst the sales force. Constantly incentivized by "spiffs" on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis that meaningfully impact one's paycheck. There is a very direct relationship between one's effort and one's earnings on a monthly basis. Free lunch occasionally, company events, great location. Almost always hire based on referrals and ALWAYS promote from within. VERY TRANSPARENT with employees which is GREAT!!!

Cons

Average benefits, 6-8week ramp for sales person, 100% commission, and a rigorous amount of hours required to achieve accelerated commission payouts. That being said, you are rewarded monetarily for your effort. Management is redundant, negative, and un-open to suggestions. VERY little tolerance mistakes, and there is relatively high turnover as a result. Limited opportunity for meaningful advancement (monetarily).
