Minimum to average pay. The firm overall has a diverse portfolio but not so much with each individual studio.

Pros

Great Benefits: Top of the line Health Care (Med/Dent/Vision)- Company pays 100% for employees 50% for Spouse/Children; 401k Matching Program - up to 4% of salary; 15 days paid PTO to start in addition to the week of Christmas off (Paid); Paid Parking or Monthly Bus pass; FSA for both Healthcare and Dependent Care Culture: People first. Genuine caring. Engages the employees in the values conversation. Transparency. Amazing list of clients and innovative projects

Cons

Ratio is the result of a merger of two companies. It would be untrue to say that it was perfect. There was some poor communication across the board. The management team has worked hard to resolve that and as the company enters it's second year things have greatly improved.
