Old, historic building in Pioneer Square. Doesn't have a corporate atmosphere.

Cons

Huge egos, cliques, extreme favoritism, unfair management style. Management and HR seem to be scattered. HR never gets anything done. Very elitist on who "fits in" to their place. You need to bring in your own computer since they don't provide one. Limited space.

Owner of the company is an inept leader Executive staff only cares about their own jobs, not long term success of the company Unethical management Just when you think you know what to expect, there'll be a hard left turn out of nowhere
