Casual wear and that's about it.

Cons

Extremely political and navigating these waters is a job in itself. There are numerous fiefdoms which you need to quickly identify their quirks. Getting stabbed in the back is a matter of when. You will be given responsibilities but not the information or power to carry them out effectively.
