Pros

Free lunches, can game at work, yoga on wednesdays

Cons

They do not pay well for many positions. Teamwork does not seem to happen a lot here. Many are unhappy and the environment is a bit hostile especially when something is not done right. Some managers are not very pleasant to work with and do not encourage and train employees to do a good job. There really is not much training so be prepared to learn a lot on your own and if something is not done right don't be surprised if you get yelled at by the CEO. Also don't be surprised to hear a lot of swearing along with profanities in emails. Hours are 9am - 6pm so days can be long at times.
