      Pros

      - nice to have them listed in your CV - nice entry into the gaming industry - some of them are super passionate and belong to the top of the industry (can learn a lot from them)

      Cons

      - regional management was clueless - demand and compensation were not in balance - HQ had no interest in regional people - fear management concept by top level management

      Its a great place to work with very good perks and benefits. The pay is decent and there is no dress code!

      Cons

      In order to enjoy the above, you would need to be able to deliver results and the results are not unreachable. This can be messy when requesting for help from other departments.
