Growing company,lots of opportunities ,remote offices allows you to work from home so it does not matter where you live.The company is doing very well financially and the future is promising.

Cons

Growing very quickly,quick changes,lots of travel,helps if you live close to a major airport .Really don't have much to say on the con side, The company is solid.

I have been at RSP for 11 years and I plan to retire from RSP. They have created a culture where colleagues care about each other and are willing to help and support you for success. This culture is possible because our CEO, Dan Epstein, and other senior leaders are good, caring people that care about all 4,000 employee's personally. They don't hesitate to celebrate and reward successes. We work hard, but it is recognized and we are reminded to take care of ourselves .

A little more travel than I expected.
