Okay company with management and ageism issues.

Pros

Pretty much a 9-5 culture with some perks such as travel for various company events and pay that is on par with average salaries.

Cons

The upper management has major ego issues that makes working with them difficult. The CEO in particular throws tantrums when things don't go his way. In addition, most of the employees are older and so anyone who is under 40 is treated as through they are inexperienced and inferior.

lead qualifier- vet mortgage refinancing

Pros

competitive pay, you make with your willing to put into it, hours, wear what you want kind of atmosphere

Cons

High school work environment, drama, you feel like you are scamming people trting to convince them you are legit when the company makes their own website and reviews!

Great company, tons of potential, great industry.

Pros

Lots of growth, tons of potential that goes wasted.

Cons

Time is wasted due to higher management refusing to try anything new. Lots of office politics, probably some shady here and there.
