We want to thank you for the time you spent with our team and serving our clients. Although it is not clear when you worked with us, one of our 2019 goals has been to focus on Team Member retention! We strongly understand the value of our Team Members and are continuing to recognize areas for improvement. Over the past few years, we have implemented a robust Quality Assurance & Compliance program to ensure all of our Team Members are in compliance across federal and state standards. We hope you took full advantage of our resources of mentors, HR, and our anonymous reporting option for concerns of ethical, compliance and/or quality concerns. We are continuously striving to improve, and we are best able to do so when current team members share concerns and work collaboratively on solutions. We are highly transparent about our agreements, as they relate to our benefits. Team Members are encouraged to ask any and all questions before endorsing any agreement.
