      Quality of ABA services is gold standard.

      Honesty! The CEO is so afraid of the truth he has to control every piece of information that is shared. Other leaders are so afraid to go against him that they agree to anything to his face, but say the opposite when he’s not around. He created this environment. He is a behavior analyst & tries to control the behavior of everyone around him. A couple of the “executives” love the drama. They manipulate people to create groupies & pit them against each other. Because of this the company will NEVER be cohesive. You will not be happy working here.
