      Pros

      Met and worked with tons of great people. I learned a lot while working at RM. RM has a great training program.

      Cons

      Little room for advancement unless you are best friends with someone that is in leadership. Hypocritical when it come to performance feedback. Also, the pay is not competitive in anyway compared to other companies providing the same services.

      Pros

      A few good people are left in the company; however, they’re all lower level employees & have no power to create change.

      Cons

      ALL executives left are untrustworthy, manipulative, horrible people. They are heartless & selfish, only looking out for themselves. They lie to the teams and the families about the current Tricare situation. They had the opportunity to be decent and allow team members to find employment locally but they chose to enforce noncompetes and disregard the hundreds of families who lost services and were looking for other companies who have large waitlists. Now they’re offering bonuses to stay longer for the few who remain. Nothing is worth staying. Steer clear of this place.

      -Expectations are made apparent but you are always valued for your input and ideas. -Hands on training in a friendly atmosphere with experienced personnel. This creates a great work culture that is exciting, fun, and conducive for growth in the company. -Experienced support from all departments that ensures collaboration across the entire company. I've been able to reach out with questions to other team members and receive help whenever I needed it. -Great communication from the leaders. There is always a respect for the employees and the skills they bring to the company. -Development of team members is prioritized which is why so many people working here have advanced their careers working with Reaching Milestones.

      This is a great place to work and the only cons for working at Reaching Milestones are from the external challenges. These are treated as opportunities to pull together and improve as a team.
