      A Substandard, Unethical "Integrated" Agency - Don't Take the Job

      Pros

      Some of the clients are doing amazing work. The pay is competitive.

      Cons

      Short sighted, unethical, discriminatory and ineffective management team. Non-existent coaching or strategic direction. Work is done mostly by junior people while the higher-ups bill for it. Very non-inclusive and clique dominant Mediocrity is par for the course, as long as you bill 12 hours a day

      We always appreciate feedback, even if it’s not what we want to hear. As we’ve mentioned in other comments, W2O has invested significantly in coaching, on-boarding, and learning and development this year as a result of feedback like yours. We also take diversity and inclusion very seriously and are working with partners like the LAGRANT Foundation and the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association among others to do a better job on our hiring mix.       Pros

      -If you are entrepreneurial you can blaze your own path. -By necessasity you pick up a copious amount of skills quickly. -Great people and extremely smart colleagues at the lower levels. -Amazing La Croix selection.

      Cons

      -Lack of transparency,guidance, and support. -Lack of understanding on how to succeed. -Toxic environment that promotes overly excessive hours, constant posturing to bosses, and pitting employees against each other, sometimes with out their knowledge. -No one is indispensable.
