Unfortunately, the good thought leaders aren't in Digital or Software. Ego drives all, and it's driven all the quality folks out of the business. If you're interested in Digital or Software work, know that the leaders have little to no clue what they're really up to. They talk a good game, but execution leaves a lot to be desired. Other reviewers have remarked on the billability issue, which is the only measure of success as far as leadership is concerned. This isn't a bad thing until you try to build a software team on the back of individual billabilty targets. Distractions run rampant for the team, and they end up chasing the next dollar instead of focusing on delivering quality products.

Unfortunately this place is completely poisoned by the toxic, pathetic account team. They are miserable, mean-spirited people that wouldn't last a second at a real agency. All the good people have jumped ship to better places. The ones that are still there are content with putting in the bare minimum and making themselves feel important by being nasty to others.
