Pros
Because a lot of the teams are understaffed, there is a great learning opportunity for new hires. You'll take on a multitude of different projects and learn how to balance your time and develop work in a timely manner. You learn a lot of the basic entry level PR skills, early on, that'll help you in the future.
Cons
Absolutely 0 respect for a work life balance. I get that this is an agency and hours aren't normal but there's also a limit to how much you should be overworked. I've only been working at the company for a few months, and I have an extremely long commute which I was told would be taken account for. I've gotten home at 8:30pm everyday and still have work to do when I get home which I do before I go to sleep. I get up in the morning to get in early because I have work to do. I've done work almost every single weekend. This sort of environment isn't something that's once in a while but it's encouraged and expected from employees. They refuse to take on new hires and instead overwork current employees and the weight of the stress is felt by especially lower level people. All you do is work 24/7. If you don't respond to an email immediately over the weekend you get lectured about not picking up your weight. Overall, I wouldn't recommend staying here for more than a few mo this as the toxic environment really burns you out after the initial motivation of working.
