Thank you for your feedback. While no company is perfect when it comes to culture, we at W2O pride ourselves in our significant investments in talent development, training and seeking out employee feedback. The Holmes Report seemed to agree with us when they nominated us, “Best Large Agency to Work for 2018” which was directly based on an extensive survey of our employees.

Pros

it can be exciting that things are changing internally constantly. The young people are nice.

Cons

If you're interested in a company geared towards long term growth, this is absolutely not the place. Managers don't know how to manage, employees are continuously undervalued (& it shows... resulting in inferior work for the client), and the work is honestly not great or valuable to clients. 75% of people under 27 are actively trying to get out... morale is super low. CEO seems super lazy and like he doesn't really care about the employees. Could go on but already said in other reviews.. keep reading and listen!!

We appreciate your feedback. While we understand that W2O isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, our nominations by MM&M and The Holmes report as Large Agency of the Year were a directly result of the award-winning work we do for clients. We also invest a tremendous amount of time and energy into training and developing our employees. In fact, we are in the midst of launching a whole new curriculum for employees that is being prototyped right now through our weekly “Thursday Night Club” training sessions. In addition, we offer executive coaching to our mid-level people to help turbo-boost their careers.

Pros

I was super excited when I joined the company. RC seemed to be at the forefront of digital capabilities, AI, and progressive work environments and I was excited to be a part of it. Good company benefit (if you manage to stay around).

Cons

Shortly after I started I realized that there was zero onboarding, you were left to sink or swim without any support from your manager. The overall vision and long-term strategy for the company also seemed somewhat unclear which resulted in random shortsighted staffing strategies. The company culture is also very old school with management styles inspired by the movie Horrible Bosses. I first thought it was a joke, it was not. A few years you also realize that the positive company revenues were most likely partly boosted by the recurring quarterly purges of staff to reach the bottom line. During my time at the company I saw many competent and talented staff being laid off regardless of their tenure or how integral they were to the team so don't expect any loyalty from the company no matter how many billable hours you are logging.
