-Wonderful, kind, talented colleagues -Open account structure with opportunities to pivot -Great team structure with open collaboration

Cons

-Absolutely no work/life balance, they will take every hour of the day to work you to the bone -Senior leadership is awful - no advocacy for it's own agency personnel -Operational processes are not in place -They do not celebrate or recognize good talent

A handful or people are great.

Cons

NEVER practice what they preach. Management is horrible in so many departments. Nothing is consistent throughout the agency. Growing way too fast to earn a quick buck, but forgetting about the rest of the people working here currently. Bases how hard employees work on billable hours and not conversations with them.

As you know Real Chemistry is in a high growth mode, and I know this growth increases the pressure on our employees, which is particularly challenging through the pandemic and working remotely. This does not mean that we do not believe in investing in our employees. As Chief People Officer I am constantly thinking about how we can better support our people, giving them time to focus on personal growth (in addition to revenue growth) is an area we are continuously improving. The most bizarre professional experience of my career.

Pros

Bright, creative, and talented people. The work they do in the healthcare space is top-notch. They pay extremely well and have great benefits.

Cons

I can only speak to the experiences that I had within my group. Unfortunately, I had a direct manager that was incredibly unprofessional, hostile, unpredictable, etc. I heard similar stories about other managers. The majority of the group that I worked within were fake, self-congratulatory, back-stabbing, and hyper-competitive. I think this is the result of bad hires and a toxic culture that trickles down from the top. I witnessed senior leadership saying some things in social settings that were inappropriate and disrespectful. I also heard stories. It's a shame because they do such great work and I did meet some wonderful people.
