Thank you for sharing your experience. As a private equity-owned company, there is naturally a strong focus on EBITDA and financial performance — it's a key part of driving value and long-term sustainability. That said, we recognize the importance of balancing financial goals with a people-first culture. Your feedback around cost-cutting and leadership dynamics is appreciated and will be shared with the appropriate teams as we continue to evolve and improve.

Pros

Unlimited PTO, 401K, health insurance

Cons

The culture has evolved such that every day, we live in fear of being let go for absolutely no good reason other than the C-Suite is looking to "save money." But the C-suite folks get their big bonuses every year, don't they? Well of course they do! It's just like our government -- take Medicare and Social Security away so billionaires can have big tax cuts. Same thing, just a different bunch of selfish, self-serving people. "Great Place to Work" for how many years in a row? HA!!!! Not when you look at every paycheck as possibly being your last, despite truly outstanding performance reviews. Yeah, like Elon Musk's DOGE federal worker staffing cuts. Same crap.

It's good to know you acknowledge our unlimited PTO, 401K, and health insurance as valuable benefits. However, your comments about the fear of job instability, the perception of leadership incentives versus employee worth, and feeling disregarded even with strong performance are very concerning. We agree that transparency and trust are absolutely fundamental in any workplace. We are deeply committed to fostering an environment where every employee feels secure, genuinely respected, and truly valued for their critical contributions, regardless of broader economic factors or market shifts. If you would like to discuss this further, please reach out to the HR team. Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback.
