The work-life balance is solid. Also, nice office space with on-site gym.

Cons

Politics politics politics....leadership is all over the place. Leaders care more about their individual power than the success of the company. You are scored on metrics that you have no control over.

Accounting Leadership is a joke, find a position anywhere else within RP.

Pros

I've come across quite a few great managers, directors, VPs, etc. across the finance group and company as a whole. Would absolutely recommend working anywhere else within the company. Great new CFO pushing things in the right direction!

Cons

CAO has no idea what's going on ever. Therefore, the entire Accounting/Rev. Ops department is chaotic, at best. She's not ever in the office and typically only appears if something goes wrong. Not that she knows about until after the fact when someone else catches it. Unappreciative of the talent she has, and is unclear on all expectations other than wanting herself to look good. Her own direct reports tuck their tales when she comes by. If you work in finance, avoid accounting department here.

Pros

The only pros are good pay and they sometimes feed us.

Cons

I have experienced racism and when I complained about it, shoulders were basically shrugged. There is blatant favoritism on the floor as well as in the HR Department, if you’re not yes sirring like soldier in the military, you’re going to have a target on you. And the pmc that we are responsible for keeps making changes and we keep having to take it with a smile even though they are on a month to month contract! Also, our department has a higher attrition rate than any other department.
