Thank you for your post. I trust you learned a few things in your first role out of college. I know I did. Some things I held as trusted and some things made me shake my head. There is good, great and awful in every company out there. Corporate Culture is important and very important to RealPagers who are making a difference in their communities. Just broke United Way giving records, employee engagement survey records, etc. You've got a long road in front of you, take the good and build on it....wishing you nothing but success. Sincerely, Kurt Twining

Pros

Its a nice office with a great cafeteria and game room

Cons

It takes a minimum of 90 days to get the product implemented. Implementations is in the Philippines and the require more documents and personal information than buying a house. You will never get paid commission on the majority of your sales.

Thank you for you post. I have to take issue with some of this. Not all implementation is in the Philippines and I can tell you the teams in Manila and Cebu are well trained. Second, we pay our reps commission and we have team that is dedicated to nothing but that. Sales is having a record year and lead by a very capable leader in Brandon Bible. Our products are not as you described. Otherwise we would not have customers. I sincerely hope you find the right company that you can believe in and have a great and prosperous career. Kurt Twining

Pros

None. Maybe they had a okay break room

Cons

They are all over you, listening to every call. They knit pick everything from your tone to if someone hangs up on you they flag you for not getting the callers information. They sit next to you constantly and makes you feel very awkward

Thank you for your post. Its really important to take calls in a certain manner that we have established with the expectations of our customers. Feedback, constructive feedback is actually a gift with the intention of making you better at what you do. Details are important. I am forwarding your post on to the training team to 1) Be sensitive in how we communicate and 2) Make sure we are being consistent in training. Please work with this team and share your thoughts so we can collectively be stronger at what we do. Sincerely Kurt Twining
