Pros

My team lead was wonderful. Very helpful and understanding.

Cons

Some people may not have a problem with this but it was my first time in a call center setting so I was unaware of the micro-management protocols. I have self managed most of my career so the constant phone surveillance and grading of everything I did was humiliating and many times counter productive. It would have been tolerable if there were advancement opportunities available. Unfortunately, they are very limited ...almost non-existent.

Thank you for your post. It sounds like the contact center is not for you long term. For many, it is and we appreciate everything they bring to the table every day. You may not have noticed this - our contact centers around the world have won 4 great places to work awards in 2017. I sincerely wish you the best in your future endeavors. Kurt Twining

One can do well when provided with the proper guidance from management. Constant change of procedures, but it is often for the better.

Cons

acquiring so many businesses in a short time span that it affects sales and management's ability to manage appropriately.

Thank you for your post. Lets start with your cons that acquisitions have impacted sales. We are gaining momentum in sales and the numbers that are being posted are quite impressive year over year. Now do we need to integrate the sales forces, the answer is yes and we are doing that as we speak. If you have an issue with a manager, then lets get it on the table and we can address behaviors. There is no reason for anyone to be F bombing 55 times a day. Its not a behavior that that we would embrace. If you want to collectively work on this issue and even if you want to do it confidentially, please give me a call at x4016 and I will look into it. Sincerely, Kurt Twining

Thank you for your post. Glad you enjoyed your teammates and work hours. While, I don't agree with your assessment on our vision and leadership, based on the fact that we just posted record earnings and revenue growth. That does not mean that your experience missed your expectations. We have four significant acquisitions in flight and are on track to hit our 2020 goals. Our 2017 engagement scores were record highs as well as 72% positive in engagement and 73% in enablement. We wish you the best in your future endeavors. Sincerely, Kurt Twining
