Thank you for you post. People really do care about doing what is right by the customer and I am glad that you have experienced that. We are solidifying the leadership team, with just one opening to be filled. We will have some additional senior leaders coming forward when we acquire new business, which I find very exciting. To your point on communication, please go see your manager and ask them to give you a copy of the recently released memo from Steve Winn, CEO regarding our 2016 direction. it's quite informative and in a perfect world you manager would have shared it with you. Thank you for advice and awareness. Kurt Twining

Great vision, great products, great opportunity

Pros

With such a diverse product line, there is tons of opportunity to grow with each division. Pay seems to be very competitive, especially for new hires. Benefit offering is also strong. You also get the opportunity to work with some of the industry leaders day in and day out.

Cons

With so many divisions that often act as individual companies, operations are at times disjointed, and the overall corporate strategy isn't always clear. Growing pains from exponential growth are evident, and frequent.

Thank you for your post. Glad to hear you enjoy being part of a growing company. And yes, as we have experienced growing pains, which is why we need to eliminate them quickly as they pop up. Your advice is spot on, to the point I have passed it on directly to Kelly McCarthy our new VP, of Organizational Effectiveness. Kelly will be leading our succession planning efforts. Here is some good news, over 70% of promotional positions are filled from within. With our growth plans there will be lots of opportunity. All the best, Kurt Twining

Pros

Talented team Focus on serving customer Large investment in innovation, improving the customer experience & efficiency Best sales kick off I've seen in my career Opportunities to learn and grow especially with new funding in 2016 to improve staff capabilities

Cons

Organization silos and some managers get in the way of serving our customers to the best of our abilities Organizations often compete in working on the same activities vs. collaborating on a better solution Some managers do not empower their teams - so be sure to understand who you work for and their philosophy if you don't like being micro managed

Thank you for your post. We are investing in the future and I too thought the sales kick off was well done with a lot of spark and motivation. As you know we are working hard to consolidate like work to remove the silos of the past and great progress is being made. We are also taking all of our managers through training on how to effectively become better leaders. Were certainly not all the way to bright with everyone, but over time the skills of our managers will rise. Communication is an element that we all expect and need to understand what game we are in, what is our role and how we keep score. Have you been to the new portal. Myrealpageportal.com, its full of a lot of great material and you will see feature stories on a constant basis. All the best. KT
