Pros

Flexible work schedule, positive people, encouraging environment. Good intentions trying to help others with real estate and buying homes. New hires training is solid and upper management is top of the line.

Cons

Can get repetitive at times, doing the same thing over and over again but ultimately, getting to help others with finding and being able to secure the home of their dreams outweighs that repetitiveness. Salary is average and nothing to get overly excited about unfortunately.

Pros

Great money and great team of people to work with. Very educational about updates on the company.

Cons

VERY REPETITIVE, metrics were set too high and you are NOT able to do part time.
