The idea of company culture is there

Cons

Ever changing goals, metrics, and policies surrounding pay and commissions, they boast that they hire internally and have room for career growth but all the promotions I saw were given to outside workers not internal hires.

The benefits are no too bad. Takes about 6 weeks to be able to get a whole sick day.

Cons

Mentally, and emotionally draining. Leaving you feeling unappreciated and unfulfilled on a daily basis.
