Pros

Great place for entry level “sales,” can help build confidence needed to approach people in the phone.

Cons

A lot of glaring issues that weren’t acknowledged on the floor, transparency was a big issue that I feel like could’ve been solved if managers weren’t forced to give yes man answers to their reps constantly. Progress moving forward towards other aspects of the company seemed to be very “who you know” instead of “what you know.” In my opinion.
