Remote position Option to work overtime Medical and dental benefits Only full time no part time schedules are available

Cons

Micromanaged Expected to make 200+ dials a day minimum If you don’t hit minimum time on the phone per hour you will be written up. You will be on the phone 95% of the time. felt like we were required to work holidays if we wanted our paycheck to be better. PTO plan is not the best. I’ve worked at other company’s that provided up to two weeks paid vacation and with Realtor.com you basically start with nothing and slowly accrue it over time.
